Eslinda’s career spans over two decades, including a decade-long tenure as Senior Vice President at Turner International APAC, where she oversaw CNN’s proprietary international brands. With a unique ability to bridge Asian and Western working cultures, she values the power of diversity in business and leadership. Her approach is grounded in the belief that authentic connection is the foundation of transformational leadership and workplace well-being.
An accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, Eslinda is also a faculty member at CRR Global, where she trains and mentors leaders in Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™). She partners with executives and organizations worldwide to develop leadership capabilities that foster collaboration, alignment, and impact.
